He uses drawing, printmaking, painting, photography, sculpture, film and installation as means to critically question and represent contemporary events. His narrative reflects on the division between nature and culture, the spectacle as a mediator of society and the imprint of the Anthropocene on our planet.
He has a degree in Visual Arts (ENAP-UNAM) and a Master in Artistic Practice (UPV Valencia, Spain) in both cases with Honorable Mention. He studied at the University Center for Cinematographic Studies (CUEC-UNAM). He was a beneficiary of the Scholarship Program for Studies Abroad (FONCA 2008) and on two occasions the Artistic Residencies Program (FONCA 2010 and 2013). He received support from the Jumex Foundation for postgraduate studies (2009). He received Honorable Mention in the Youth Award (INJUVE 2011) and support for Project Development for the documentary Juan Perros (IMCINE 2014).
